RECORDS MANAGEMENT
SRCS offers a standard and centralized records management solution so that Subscribers can track their compliance with applicable sections of the Pipeline Safety Code. We make records available online as well as at the Subscriber office level for inspection and reference.
Additionally, we provide notification services which alert Subscribers to scheduled maintenance requirements. This might include anything from leak surveys and cathodic protection surveys to regulator station & relief valve inspections and critical valve maintenance.

OPERATOR QUALIFICATION
Through the SRCS Operator Qualification Program (OQ) that we administer, subscribers are provided with training facilitation, testing and program updating. Our program is based on the OQ Program developed by the Gas Section of the Georgia Municipal Association.

REPORT PREPARATION
In order to comply with pipeline safety regulations, natural gas Operators are required to submit a variety of reports to Federal and State agencies. From annual reports to incident reports and others, SRCS provides assistance with report preparation as a service to our Subscribers.

REGULATORY REPRESENTATION
As part of our regulatory representation service, SRCS monitors regulatory changes and offers intervention on behalf of our subscribers. We also build and maintain effective working relationships with state regulators to represent our subscribers for inspection prep and response. Additionally, we conduct regional roundtable discussions and facilitate training as needed.
